כללי

קלעי אחזקות בע"מ, ח.פ. 515403947, המפעילה את ביסדאטה Card בכתובת card.bisdata.co.il ("השירות") — כרטיסיית נאמנות דיגיטלית לעסקים וללקוחותיהם — פועלת להנגשת השירות בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, המאמץ את הנחיות WCAG. אנו שואפים לרמת AA לפי WCAG 2.1, בתהליך מתמשך — לא כהתאמה מלאה שכבר הושלמה. מאחר שזהו שירות הפונה גם לציבור הרחב (לקוחות קצה המצטרפים למועדוני נאמנות של עסקים), אנו מייחסים חשיבות מיוחדת לנגישות עמודי ההצטרפות והצפייה בכרטיסייה.

מה כבר מיושם

• מבנה סמנטי תקין וקישור "דלג לתוכן"
• עברית (lang="he"), כיוון כתיבה מימין לשמאל (dir="rtl"), ניווט מתויג aria-label
• ניווט מלא במקלדת ואינדיקציית פוקוס גלויה, כולל בעמודי ההצטרפות למועדון וצפייה בכרטיסייה
• תפריט נגישות צף בכל עמוד: הגדלת טקסט, ניגודיות (רגילה והפוכה), גווני אפור, הדגשת קישורים, גופן קריא, עצירת אנימציות, סמן מוגדל, הדגשת פוקוס, ואיפוס להגדרות ברירת המחדל

ההגדרות נשמרות רק באחסון המקומי של הדפדפן (localStorage, מפתח bisdata-a11y) ואינן מועברות אלינו.

מגבלות ידועות וחלופות

• קודי QR: בכל מקום שבו מוצג קוד QR (להצטרפות לכרטיסייה או להצגתה בקופה), מוצג לצדו גם קישור ישיר חלופי, שניתן להעתיק, ללחוץ עליו, או להקריא באמצעות קורא מסך — ללא צורך בסריקה.
• עמוד הדפסה: עמוד ההדפסה של הכרטיסייה (המיועד לשילוט פיזי בעסק) הוא במהותו עמוד חזותי המיועד להדפסה, ואינו מיועד לצריכה מקוונת נגישה.

בדיקות ותאימות דפדפנים

נבדק בגרסאות עדכניות של Chrome, Edge, Firefox ו-Safari, כולל תצוגה מותאמת לנייד. בדיקות נקודתיות מול קוראי מסך מתבצעות באופן שוטף.

אין מקום עסק פיזי הפתוח לקהל

השירות עצמו ניתן באופן מקוון בלבד; לחברה המפעילה אין מקום עסק פיזי הפתוח לקהל (העסקים המשתמשים בשירות מנהלים מקומות משלהם, שאינם באחריות החברה).

Kalai Holdings Ltd., Company No. 515403947, which operates bisdata Card at card.bisdata.co.il ("the Service") — a digital loyalty punch card for businesses and their customers — works to make the Service accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the WCAG guidelines. We aim for Level AA under WCAG 2.1, as an ongoing process — not as completed full conformance. Because this Service also faces the general public (end customers joining businesses' loyalty programs), we place particular importance on the accessibility of the join and card-view pages.

What is already implemented

• Proper semantic structure and a "skip to content" link
• Hebrew (lang="he"), right-to-left direction (dir="rtl"), aria-labeled navigation
• Full keyboard navigation and a visible focus indicator, including on the loyalty-program join pages and card view
• A floating accessibility menu on every page: text size increase, contrast (normal and inverted), grayscale, link highlighting, readable font, stop animations, enlarged cursor, enhanced focus, and reset to default settings

Settings are stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key bisdata-a11y) and are never transmitted to us.

Known limitations and alternatives

• QR codes: Wherever a QR code is shown (to join a card or to present it at checkout), an alternative direct link is also shown alongside it, which can be copied, clicked, or read aloud by a screen reader — with no need to scan.
• Print page: The card's print page (intended for physical signage at the business) is inherently a visual page designed for printing, and is not intended for accessible online consumption.

Testing and browser compatibility

Tested on current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, including responsive mobile display. Spot checks with screen readers are performed on an ongoing basis.

No physical premises open to the public

The Service itself is provided online only; the operating company has no physical place of business open to the public (the businesses using the Service operate their own premises, which are not the Company's responsibility).
